Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report—APN: 009-110-04—To create a homesite parcel contain-
ing five(5)acres within an existing forty(40)acres parcel leaving a thirty-five acres parcel,Parcel 2.
(3.2) Site Reconnaissance And Survey: On January 20, 2004, I conducted a property
reconnaissance and survey search to determine if there were above ground fuel storage
tanks, oil drums, kerosene, other petroleum products and/or other possible contaminant
receptacles situate on the future two parcel,Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, five(5)acres and
thirty-five acres respectively, that could contribute to contamination.
No vent pipes or depressions were noted that would indicate any underground
tanks existing on the subject property. Also the San Joaquin County Public Health
Services Underground Site Mitigation Database List, dated 01/28/03,binder available in
the San Joaquin County Environmental Department was reviewed and no underground
tanks were listed on the subject property. However, no subsurface excavations were
performed in my reconnaissance and survey of the subject property.
The conditions seen and noted are best described and recorded by the colored
photographs I took. A total of forty(40)photographs were taken and these photographs
have been assigned a number enclosed by parentheses and are contained in Appendix I,
that is attached to and made an integral part of this report. The circled alphabet letters and
intervening arrow below each photograph indicates the property comer the picture is
being viewed from and the property comer being looked toward. The alphabet letters
assigned to the property comers are noted on the attached Tentative Parcel Map.
The first twenty-nine (29)photographs were viewed from property comers as
mentioned previously above. The developed portions of the property photographs
containing the residences and buildings and structures photographed do not list any
circled alphabet and arrow references. These are the eleven(11)photographs numbered
twenty-nine(29)through forty(40).
