2.2 Proposed Development <br /> It is proposed to split the Site into one five-acre homesite parcel, one 72-acre parcel, <br /> one 81-acre parcel, one 82-acre parcel, and an 82-acre designated remainder (Plate 3). <br /> No change in Site uses is anticipated. <br /> 2.3 Topography <br /> A recent U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute topographic map was obtained from the <br /> San Joaquin County District Viewer. In the map, the Site is depicted as open land with <br /> three lakes or ponds. Seven structures are depicted on the Site, including the <br /> residence, five structures in the chicken ranch area, and a structure to the west of this <br /> area. The property is hilly, ranging from approximately 190 to 270 feet above mean sea <br /> level. Coyote Creek, an intermittent stream, crosses the southeast corner of the Site. <br /> High-voltage power lines are depicted crossing the Site from the northwest to the <br /> southeast. Surrounding properties are primarily shown to be open land; a building <br /> cluster is depicted to the immediate north. This map is included as Plate 4 in Appendix <br /> 1. <br /> 3.0 HISTORICAL RESEARCH <br /> 3.1 Aerial Photographs <br /> Live Oak reviewed aerial photographs of the Site provided by the San Joaquin County <br /> Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. The available photographs were dated 1937, <br /> 1952, 1963, 1975, and 1983.
