2.2 Proposed Development It is proposed to split the Site into one five-acre homesite parcel, one 72-acre parcel, one 81-acre parcel, one 82-acre parcel, and an 82-acre designated remainder (Plate 3). No change in Site uses is anticipated. 2.3 Topography A recent U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute topographic map was obtained from the San Joaquin County District Viewer. In the map, the Site is depicted as open land with three lakes or ponds. Seven structures are depicted on the Site, including the residence, five structures in the chicken ranch area, and a structure to the west of this area. The property is hilly, ranging from approximately 190 to 270 feet above mean sea level. Coyote Creek, an intermittent stream, crosses the southeast corner of the Site. High-voltage power lines are depicted crossing the Site from the northwest to the southeast. Surrounding properties are primarily shown to be open land; a building cluster is depicted to the immediate north. This map is included as Plate 4 in Appendix 1. 3.0 HISTORICAL RESEARCH 3.1 Aerial Photographs Live Oak reviewed aerial photographs of the Site provided by the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. The available photographs were dated 1937, 1952, 1963, 1975, and 1983. Two additional photographs, dated October 1998 and September 2008, were obtained from the San Joaquffounty District Viewer. In the 1937 photo, the Site appears to;
