Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/ni rate loa ' g study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed'prior to acceptance of thea Iicatio+required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required, <br /> and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study was submitted October 20, 1999 and <br /> approved November 1, 1999. <br /> B. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
