Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> E. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> F. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br />
