Madruga Road, Lathrop <br /> General Plan: OS/RC Community: -- <br /> Zoning: AG-40 APN: 241-020-11 <br /> Water Supply: None Sewage Disposal: None <br /> Storm Drainage: Natural 100-Year Flood: No <br /> Williamson Act: No Supervisorial District: 5 <br /> Staff: Kerry Sullivan CECA Determination: Require EIR or <br /> deny project <br /> Project Description <br /> The proposal is for five percolation ponds for the disposal of treated waste water. The ponds will <br /> encompass approximately 23 acres of the 62-acre site and will accommodate an average flow of 600,000 <br /> gallons per day. Waste water will be from the Kearny Ventures/Crossroads Industrial Park located north <br /> of the site, within the boundaries of the City of Lathrop. Site Approvals are typically processed at the staff <br /> level, with notification to surrounding property owners.
