Mr. Karam stated that he could not issue an encroachment permit for <br /> access at Peltier Road unless Mr. Schatz acquired the railroad right-of-way. Mr. Karam said that <br /> they would leave the conditions as is and for Mr. Schatz to revise the Site Plan to show access at <br /> the east. <br /> Mr. Karam asked Mr. Schatz if the existing driveway was paved. Mr. Karam said that it would <br /> need to be paved in asphalt. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that if there were any signs that they would need to be 5 feet back from the <br /> property line. Mr. Schatz said that there is a proposed monument sign. Mr. Martin said that there <br /> are requirements for monument signs in agriculture zones.
