The site had several improvements made to it including <br /> leveling, installation of permanent irrigation pipes, and deep ripping two ways. Currently the site <br /> ` is leased to Mr. Hector Centino. <br /> IV. SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> The site is generally bounded by Magnolia Avenue to the north, Campbell Avenue to the <br /> east, and agricultural fields to the south and west. The is primarily agricultural however several <br /> newer large homes exist on smaller lots along Magnolia Avenue. The following interviews were <br /> conducted with available persons who have knowledge of septic system performance and water <br /> wells in the area: <br /> STRUCTURE: Existing residence. <br /> OWNER: Mr.Raymond and Eleanor Vaz,owner since 1974. <br /> it LOCATION: 26534 East Magnolia Ave. _ <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Underground septic system,no known problems with septic system and seepage pits,age <br /> of system unknown. <br /> ` WATER WELL: Well is in good condition and no problems with water. Depth is believed to be greater <br /> then 200 feet. <br /> STRUCTURE: Residence located about 1/4 mile west of Site. <br /> OWNER: Mr.Ray Rangel,owner since 1999. <br /> LOCATION: 26174 Magnolia Ave. <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Underground septic system,no known problems with septic system and seepage pits,age <br /> i of system is one year.4 leach lines @ 100feet each. Each line has a seepage pit. <br /> WATER WELL: No problems with well. Depth to ground water is about 90 feet. <br /> STRUCTURE: Residence located about 1/4 mile west of Site. <br /> ~' OWNER: Mr.Americo Laires,owner since 1998. <br /> LOCATION: 26276 Magnolia Ave. <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Underground septic system,no known problems with septic system and seepage pits,age <br /> of system is two years. 3 or 4 leach lines @ 100feet each.Each line has a seepage pit. <br /> WATER WELL: No problems with well. Depth to ground water is about 90 feet. <br /> A search of relevant septic system and well permit records from the files of the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division was conducted for addresses near the site on <br /> East Magnolia Avenue, Escalon. The search located one(1) septic permit, one(1) water well <br /> L drilling log and one(1)water well system repair permit (See Appendix for copies).
