SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> The site is generally bounded by Magnolia Avenue to the north, Campbell Avenue to the <br /> east, and agricultural fields to the south and west. The is primarily agricultural however several <br /> newer large homes exist on smaller lots along Magnolia Avenue. Depth to ground water is about 90 feet. <br /> A search of relevant septic system and well permit records from the files of the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division was conducted for addresses near the site on <br /> East Magnolia Avenue, Escalon. The search located one(1) septic permit, one(1) water well <br /> L drilling log and one(1)water well system repair permit (See Appendix for copies).
