Making recommendations for further investigation if necessary <br /> This Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report discusses all work performed by NOA <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL to date with regard to this project. The principal findings are outlined <br /> throughout the body of this text and are summarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> II. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> L <br /> The subject property is located at 26534 E. Magnolia Avenue, Escalon, San Joaquin County, <br /> California. The subject property is currently one parcel. In the northeast corner of the subject <br /> property there is a house and a small barn-like structure which is used for horses. The remainder of <br /> the subject property is currently vacant land, although the ground has been recently turned in <br /> conjunction with crop removal from the site. To the north of the subject property is Magnolia <br /> L Avenue which is followed to the north by vacant land. To the west of the subject property is mixed <br /> use land. There is a mixture of single family residences and agricultural land. To the east of the <br /> subject property is Campbell Road which is followed to the east by agricultural land. To the south <br /> L of the subject property are a few scattered homes and more agricultural land. <br /> A map with the location of the subject property is attached to this report as Appendix A. A site map <br /> L' and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> III.
