Making recommendations for further investigation if necessary This Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report discusses all work performed by NOA ENVIRONMENTAL to date with regard to this project. The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are summarized in the conclusion of this report. II. SITE DESCRIPTION L The subject property is located at 26534 E. Magnolia Avenue, Escalon, San Joaquin County, California. The subject property is currently one parcel. In the northeast corner of the subject property there is a house and a small barn-like structure which is used for horses. The remainder of the subject property is currently vacant land, although the ground has been recently turned in conjunction with crop removal from the site. To the north of the subject property is Magnolia L Avenue which is followed to the north by vacant land. To the west of the subject property is mixed use land. There is a mixture of single family residences and agricultural land. To the east of the subject property is Campbell Road which is followed to the east by agricultural land. To the south L of the subject property are a few scattered homes and more agricultural land. A map with the location of the subject property is attached to this report as Appendix A.
