LIMITATIONS <br /> f <br /> L This report was compiled as a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the subject project. <br /> This report contains information and data provided to NOA ENVIRONMENTAL by several <br /> L sources. NOA ENVIRONMENTAL in no way warrants the accuracy or completeness of the <br /> information provided to this investigation by those sources. <br /> L It should be noted that when an surface/ subsurface assessment is completed without sample <br /> collection and quantitative analysis of soil and groundwater beneath the site, as in this study, no <br /> statement of scientific certainty can be made regarding latent subsurface conditions which may be <br /> the result of on-site or off-site sources. The findings and conclusions of this report are not scientific <br /> �- certainties,but rather,probabilities based on professional judgement concerning the significance of <br /> the data gathered during the course of this investigation. NOA ENVIRONMENTAL is not able <br /> to represent that the site or adjoining land contain no hazardous waste, oil, underground storage <br /> tanks, or other latent condition beyond that detected or observed by NOA ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> during the Surface/Subsurface assessment. The possibility always exists for contaminants to migrate <br /> 6. through surface water, air, or groundwater. <br /> Our office has not been provided with specific criteria for the development of this report other than <br /> La request to evaluate the property in question for possible problems related to toxic or hazardous <br /> agents,nor have we been directed to address any specific questions concerning the site. Should there <br /> be a need to conduct an investigation into a specific question not addressed in this report,contact our <br /> office immediately regarding your concerns. <br /> C. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 4. <br /> The scope of work performed to develop the information contained in this Surface/Subsurface <br /> y Contamination Report includes: <br /> 4• 1. Collecting available information concerning the property as it pertains to: <br /> a. Past land use <br /> b. Past owners <br /> C. Location of buried storage tanks, hazardous waste storage, <br /> wastewater treatment facilities and/or on-site landfills, etc. <br /> d. Types of chemicals used on-site past and present <br /> C. Other data pertinent to the specific site <br /> i <br /> L <br /> 2. Conducting a site visit to: <br /> a. Identify vegetative features and chemical use <br /> L. b.
