L <br /> LNovember 23, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05141A <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> V 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records <br /> ` A preliminary chain of title report'was provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report. <br /> NOA reviewed this document and found no evidence of environmental liens or land use limitations <br /> I V filed against the property. <br /> 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> f <br /> ►� Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed <br /> at the SanJoaquin County Surveyors Office in Stockton,California.' Two additional photos dated 1993 <br /> and 2002 were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver.' <br /> In the 1937 photo, one structure (in the location of the existing residence) and two other objects are <br /> ! apparent in the northwest comer of the subject property. The remainder of the property appears to be <br /> an agricultural field. An irrigation canal runs along the northern and eastern property lines. Mahon <br /> Avenue is apparent to the north. Surrounding properties appear to be agricultural with scattered rural <br /> residences. <br /> it <br /> In the 1952 photo,three barns and three sheds are apparent at the northwest comer of the property in <br /> addition to the existing structure. The two objects observed in the previous photo are no longer <br /> it apparent. Trees have been planted to the north and west of the structures. A new residence is apparent <br /> to the west of the property. <br /> k. In the 1963 photo, many of the trees to the north and east of the structures on the property are no <br /> longer apparent. It appears that the residential area is bounded by a small irrigation canal. More <br /> j, residential development is apparent to the west. <br /> L <br /> In the 1975 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity remain relatively unchanged from the <br /> I previous photo. The scale of the photo does not allow identification of site-specific details. <br /> In the 1983 photo,the irrigation canal bounding the residential area on the subject property is no longer <br /> apparent.
