O & M Vehicles: Concurrent with the issuance of each building permit the applicant shall <br /> deposit in a MHCSD maintained Vehicle Capital Fund an amount equal to their prorated <br /> share(based on the CFF Plan Fee formula as determined by the MHCSD)of the total cost <br /> of O&M Vehicles as that cost is specified in the latest update of the CFF Plan Fees. <br /> 30. Police and Fire Vehicles: Concurrent with the issuance of each building permit the applicant <br /> shall deposit in a MHCSD maintained Vehicle Capital Fund an amount equal to their prorata <br /> share (based on the CFF Plan Fee formula as determined by the MHCSD)of the total cost <br /> of Police and Fire Vehicles as that cost is specified in the latest update of the CFF Plan <br /> Fees. <br /> 31. Administration Facilities: Concurrent with the issuance of each building permit the applicant <br /> shall deposit in a MHCSD maintained Administration Facilities Capital Fund an amount <br /> equal to their pro-rata share (based on the CFF Plan Fee formula as determined by the <br /> MHCSD)of the total cost of the Administration Facilities as that cost is specified in the latest <br /> update of the CFF Plan Fees. Alternatively, the applicant may construct the Administration <br /> Facilities. Construction shall begin prior to the 10,000"building permit within the Mountain <br /> House Master Plan Area, or as determined by the MHCSD General Manager. Construction <br /> shall be completed within 18 months of the commencement of construction, unless extended <br /> by the MHCSD General Manger. J <br /> 33. Police Substation: Concurrent with the issuance of each building permit the applicant shall <br /> deposit in a MHCSD maintained Police Substation Capital Fund an amount equal to their <br /> pro-rata share (based on the CFF Plan Fee formula as determined by the MHCSD)of the <br /> total cost of the Police Substation as that cost is specified in the latest update of the CFF <br /> Plan Fees.Alternatively, the applicant may construct the Police Substation as required and <br /> approved by MHCSD General Manager.A typical police station may be constructed if the <br /> CFF is adjusted to accommodate the additional cost required for a full service police station <br /> as determined in the CFF update or other agreements have been made between the <br /> MHCSD and the developer. <br /> 34. Temporary Turnarounds: All streets,which are to be stubbed for future extension,will <br /> require temporary turnarounds, unless waived by the MHCSD, and shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plans. <br /> 35. Recyclable Construction Waste: Recycling of construction wastes, such as wood and metal, <br /> shall be made part of the improvement plans and construction specifications for contractors <br /> in compliance with MHCSD requirements. Condition shall be met before approval of <br /> improvement plans or the commencement of construction, whichever comes first. <br /> 36. Traffic and Transportation: The applicant shall improve all streets shown on the Tentative <br /> Map. The MHCSD may allow phased improvements subject to the Subdivision Agreement <br /> and bonding. <br /> 37. The General Manager shall approve alternative funding of the various improvements, <br /> subject to existing agreements and ordinances. <br /> 12 <br />
