9. All reference to approvals herein by the MHCSD shall be interpreted as approval by the General <br /> Manager or his or her designee, except for those approvals specifically delegated by law to the <br /> Board of Directors. <br /> 10. All references to bonding shall mean a bond or any other security acceptable to MHCSD in <br /> compliance with the State of California Subdivision Map Act and provided by a company doing <br /> business in California. <br /> 11. All conditions of approval and all applicable impacts and mitigation measures identified in SP II plan <br /> and SP II Initial Study and EIR are to be completed as directed in the Mitigation Monitoring report, <br /> unless specifically addressed otherwise in one of the conditions of approval for the Tentative Map. <br /> 12. All public lands shown on the Tentative Map shall be dedicated or offered for dedication to MHCSD <br /> at the time of approval of the Final Map in accordance with the PLEP Ordinance, if applicable. <br /> 13. Final Maps shall conform to the roadway system depicted in Specific Plan II, Figure 9.1 for arterials <br /> and collectors, conforming to the latest MHCSD Standard Specifications and Standard Plans, to the <br /> Bicycle and Pedestrian systems as shown in Specific Plan II, Figure 9.2, and to the transit system <br /> depicted in Specific Plan II, Figure 9.3, to the extent that such standards do not conflict with the <br /> MARA. Transit Stops shall be incorporated and designed into Improvement Plans unless waived by <br /> the Public Works Director. <br /> 14. The design and construction of roadways and improvements shall comply with section 4.4 of the <br /> Specific Plan II, including Figures 4.11, 4.12, 4.13,4.15. <br /> 15. All street standards shall comply with the State of California Fire Code provisions, as interpreted and <br /> implemented by the San Joaquin County Fire Marshall and MHCSD Fire protection service provider <br /> and consistent with MHCSD standards. <br /> 16. All water rights shall be dedicated to the MHCSD upon approval of Final Maps. <br /> 17. Street Lighting:Whenever all or any portion of a local or an arterial street is constructed, the <br /> improvements shall include the installation of all streetlights. The Neighborhood lighting shall be <br /> provided as required by the MHCSD Design Manual and as directed by the Public Works Director. A <br /> photometric layout of the lighting along with calculations showing conformance to the MHCSD <br /> standards shall be submitted with the project design calculations. Street lights shall also conform to <br /> the MHCSD Technical Specifications and Design Standards in effect at the time of the submittal for <br /> final approval. <br /> 18. Restricted access shall be shown on the Final Map and shall be in accordance with the Master Plan, <br /> the Design Manual, the MHCSD's Specifications and as directed by the MHCSD. <br /> 19. Record Drawings on Mylar and in digital format, consistent with the MHCSD file format, shall be <br /> submitted to MHCSD prior to acceptance of the improvements by the MHCSD. The digital format <br /> shall be in the latest MHCSD required format. <br /> 20. Final Map Digital File: A digital file of the Final Map shall be submitted to the MHCSD and to the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department. The digital file format shall be <br /> consistent with requirements of the County Assessor and Community Development Department GIS <br /> division and the MHCSD digital file format. Condition shall be met prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 21. Geotechnical Report: All infrastructure designs shall be shown on the grading and improvement <br /> plans and shall comply with and incorporate the recommendations of the Geotechnical Engineering <br /> Studies. Condition shall be met before approval of Final Map. <br /> 11 <br />
