California <br /> Water provides water to the site and there are no municipal stormwater services on site (San <br /> ' Joaquin County, 2008). <br /> 2.3 Adjoining Properties <br /> The site is located within the city of Stockton. The site is located in a residential area north of <br /> ' Main Street,just east of the City of Stockton limits. North of the site are residences. To the <br /> south the site is bounded by East Main Street, beyond which is a vacant lot and a used car <br /> ' dealership. East of the site is Adelbert Avenue, beyond which are residences and a vacant lot. A <br /> store building, hamburger stand and associated parking lot bound the site to the west. <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br />
