Work <br /> was performed using a degree of skill consistent with that of competent environmental consulting <br /> firms performing similar work in the area. Information regarding the site that is publicly <br /> available and practically reviewable was obtained. Additional research or receipt of information <br /> regarding the site that was not disclosed or available to WKA during this report may result in <br /> ' revision of the conclusions. The conclusions in this report should be reevaluated if site <br /> conditions change. No recommendation is made as to the suitability of the site for any purpose. <br /> The results of this assessment do not preclude the possibility that materials currently or in the <br /> future defined as hazardous are present on the site, nor do the results of this work guarantee the <br /> ' potability of groundwater beneath the site.
