PA-0500396 AND ZONE RECLASSIFICATION NO. PA-0600073 OF <br /> STANLEY POWERS (SECOND SUPERVIOSORIAL DISTRICT); AND 2) <br /> GENERAL PLAN MAP AMENDMENT NO. PA-0600437 AND ZONE <br /> RECLASSIFICATION NO.PA-0600438 OF STEVEN SANCHEZ <br /> (FIFTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors: <br /> 1. Adopt the attached resolution approving Third Cycle General Plan Amendment <br /> for General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0500396 of Stanley Powers; and <br /> General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0600437 of Steven Sanchez; and <br /> 2. Adopt the attached Ordinance for Zone Reclassification No. PA-0600073 (relative <br /> to PA-0500396); and <br /> 3. Adopt the attached Ordinance for Zone Reclassification No. PA-0600438 (relative <br /> to PA-0600437) with a condition that states, "The use on the property shall be <br /> limited to recreational vehicle storage only." <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On September 26, 2006, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Motion of Intent to approve <br /> General Plan Amendment No. PA-0500396 and Zone Reclassification No. PA-0600073 <br /> of Stanley Powers to change the General Plan designation of two parcels totaling .87 acre <br /> located on the north side of Main Street, between Coolidge Avenue and Carroll Avenue, <br /> Stockton, from Low Density Residential to General Commercial and to change the zone <br /> from R-L to C-G. <br />
