On December 12, 2006, the Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of a Motion of <br /> Intent to approve General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0600437 and Zone <br /> Reclassification No. PA-0600438 of Steven Sanchez to change to General Plan <br /> designation of 6.69 acres located on the east side of Cabe Road, 620 feet south of <br /> Eleventh Street, Tracy, from Very Low Density Residential to General Commercial and <br /> to change the zone from R-VL to C-G with a condition that states, "The use on the <br /> property shall be limited to recreational vehicle storage only." <br /> On November 14, 2006 the Community Development Department received two <br /> additional letters in opposition to the Sanchez project. The letters are attached and <br /> discuss issues that were addressed in the Staff Report. <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approval of the Third Cycle General Plan Amendments would complete the processing <br /> of General Plan Amendment Applications PA-0500396 and PA-0600437.
