With these modifications, the <br /> application appears to meet this criterion. <br /> Zone Reclassification <br /> In order to approve a Zone Reclassification, the Board of Supervisors shall determine that the proposed <br /> zone is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, and any applicable Specific Plan, <br /> and that the zone is reasonable and beneficial at the time. If the Board of Supervisors approves the <br /> General Plan Amendment to CIG, then the proposed Zone Reclassification would be consistent with the <br /> General Plan.
