The project shall be served by a public sewer collection <br /> system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services <br /> Division and the Department of Public Works . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105 . 2 ) <br /> 10 . The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of <br /> Service Units for sanitary sewer have been paid for the proposed <br /> subdivision prior to approval of the Parcel Map or the payment <br /> may be deferred until building permit application with this <br /> statement "Payment for the Right of Service Units will be <br /> required at the time of building permit application" noticed on <br /> the Parcel Map . Payment of 0 . 36 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcel ' s <br /> capacity to four units shall be paid to the County prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map . The fee is $2 , 480 . 00 per unit for <br /> a total required fee Df $892 . 80 . <br /> 12 . The project shall be served by a public water system conforming <br /> to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of <br /> Public Works . A "Will Serve" letter from the California Water <br /> Service Company for water service shall be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115 . 2) <br /> 13 . The development is subject to assessments under Improvement <br /> District No . 51 . The subdivider shall initiate processing of <br /> Segregation of Services . Currently the fee for processing the <br /> segregation is $250 . 00 plus $15 . 00 per lot , per Development Title <br /> Section 9-240 . 2 and Resolution R-91-327 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105 . 3 ) <br /> 14 . All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on <br /> Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County Standards, <br /> and shall be shown on the improvement plans . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 2) <br /> 15 .
