b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to <br /> this map: <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of sixty (60) feet, measured a <br /> distance of 20 feet back from the front lot line (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 310.4) or the lots shall average sixty (60) feet in width per Development Title <br /> Section 9-3'0.4(a). <br /> (2) All corner parcels shall have a minimum lot width of sixty-five (65) feet, <br /> measured a distance of 20 feet back from the front lot line. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-3'0.4) <br /> (3) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of six thousand (6,000) square feet <br /> (Development Title Section 9-310.3) or shall average six thousand (6000) <br /> square feet and not be less than five thousand (5,000) square feet per <br /> Development Title Section 9-310.3(b). <br /> c. ROAD NAMES: All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department for approval by the Director. Contact Kimberly Wallace <br /> at 468-0816 for road name standards. (Development Title Section 9-1150.18) <br /> d. NOISE MITIGATION: All residential units constructed on lots that front either S. <br /> Walker Lane o- E. Main Street shall be air conditioned. (Environmental Noise <br /> Assessment dated August 11, 2006) <br /> e. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Street trees are required as specified in Section 9-1020.4 of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> 2. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a.
