The oversizing was required by the City to accommodate future development of the surrounding area. <br /> Eastbrook Estates is now seeking a map to develop part of that surrounding area. The following is our proposed <br /> tentative map condition language for Eastbrook Estates that is necessary to make the District whole: <br /> Prior to final map approval, subdivider shall file a copy of a letter from an authorized representative <br /> of Stockton Unified School District ("School District") with the Director of Municipal Utilities for the <br /> City of Stockton and another copy with the Director of the Community Development Department for <br /> San Joaquin County confirming that subdivider has paid the School District on a per DUE basis for all <br /> of subdivider's sewer service needs. <br /> We are hereby requesting that the above language be added as a condition to Eastbrook Estates'tentative map. <br /> Please call me when you have a moment to discuss. <br /> Thanks, <br /> Jeffrey L.
