Kerry Sullivan September 25, 2006 Page 2 3. The property owners, developers, and/or successors-in-interest shall submit detailed subdivision improvement plans. These plans shall show all on-site and off-site utilities necessary to provide sanitary sewer utility service. These plans shall be designed in accordance with the City's most recently adopted sanitary sewer collection system master plans and the City's Public Works design standards. These plans shall be approved by the City Engineer. 4. A City of Stockton encroachment permit is required for construction of all sanitary sewer improvements. 5. The City of Stockton requests the San Joaquin County Community Development Department require the property owners, developers, and/or successors-in- interest to participate in the Area of Benefit for the sanitary sewer infrastructure, which includes but is not limited to the pump station. The area of benefit is currently being established. The Public Works Department offers the following comment. In the event of annexation to the City of Stockton all development entitlements and permits shall be approved by the City, and all on and off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications.
