Kerry Sullivan <br /> September 25, 2006 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 3. The property owners, developers, and/or successors-in-interest shall submit <br /> detailed subdivision improvement plans. These plans shall show all on-site and <br /> off-site utilities necessary to provide sanitary sewer utility service. These plans <br /> shall be designed in accordance with the City's most recently adopted sanitary <br /> sewer collection system master plans and the City's Public Works design <br /> standards. These plans shall be approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 4. A City of Stockton encroachment permit is required for construction of all sanitary <br /> sewer improvements. <br /> 5. The City of Stockton requests the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department require the property owners, developers, and/or successors-in- <br /> interest to participate in the Area of Benefit for the sanitary sewer infrastructure, <br /> which includes but is not limited to the pump station. The area of benefit is <br /> currently being established. <br /> The Public Works Department offers the following comment. In the event of annexation <br /> to the City of Stockton all development entitlements and permits shall be approved by <br /> the City, and all on and off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton <br /> Standard Plans and Specifications. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> c <br /> .
