The addresses must be dearly visible at all times (color contrasting to backgrounds, i.e. white <br /> on blade)and illuminated during darkness. <br /> 1 Street lighting must meet the county standard. <br /> 4. Perimeter fendng should be required. <br /> 5. Security shrubbery should be placed adjacent to the fencing to restrict dimbing of the fence. <br /> (This is particularly important when backyards face adjoining streets, parks, commons or when <br /> the backyard is not readily visible by other residents). <br /> 6.
