THE MOBILE HOME PARK WILL ALSO CONTAIN A <br /> RECREATION HALL, AN OFFICE, AND A LAUNDRY FACILITY, <br /> LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HORNER AVENUE <br /> AND WALKER LANE. (DISTRICT 2). <br /> APPLICANT: Tea Oh APN: 159-100-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton <br /> Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, flood plains, and floodway areas, are <br /> currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California <br /> 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Walker Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 60 feet. Main Street has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 84 feet. Horner Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 60 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
