The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division, and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water <br /> supply in conformance to the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local Fire <br /> District. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> 11. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system <br /> constructed in conformance with the requirements of the City of Stockton, the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division, and <br /> the Department of Public Works. Sewer capacity in the East Stockton sewer system <br /> (system #4) is not available for this project. Therefore, Option 1 as specified by the Will <br /> Serve letter dated January 26, 2001, from the City of Stockton, shall not be approved by <br /> San Joaquin County. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 12. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and the frontage of Walker Lane and <br /> Horner Lane. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> 13. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 14. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects.
