(3) Parking is prohibited on roads with widths less than twenty-four(24) feet, is <br /> allowed on one side with a road width of thirty-two (32) feet and permitted on <br /> both sides of the street with a minimum road width of forty (40) feet. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1035.5[c]) <br /> f. WALKWAYS AND BIKEWAYS: Walkways and bikeways shall be provided as <br /> follows: <br /> (1) All mobile home parks shall provide internal walkways which connect each <br /> mobile home site and provide access to all common areas and a public <br /> street. <br /> (2) Driveway crossings shall be held to a minimum on walkways, shall be located <br /> and designed to provide safety, and shall be appropriately marked and <br /> otherwise safeguarded. <br /> (3) Walkways to be used by children as routes to school, bus stops, or other <br /> destinations shall be located and safeguarded to minimize contacts with <br /> automobile traffic. <br /> (4) Walkways and bikeways may be combined with other easements and used <br /> by emergency, maintenance, or service vehicles, but shall no be used by <br /> other vehicle traffic. (Development Title Section 9-1035.6) <br /> g SCREENING: Screening for mobile home parks shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) A six (6) ,oot high masonry wall shall be provided along all mobile home park <br /> rear and side property lines. <br /> (2) All common storage areas and common areas for garbage or rubbish shall be <br /> screened from mobile home park residents by a screen not less than seven <br /> (7) feet in height. (Development Title Section 9-1035.8) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping for mobile home parks shall comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) A ten (1C) foot wide landscaped strip shall be provided along all mobile home <br /> park property lines abutting roads. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, mobile homes, parking, driveways, <br /> walkways, recreational facilities, or other permanent facilities shall be <br /> landscaped. <br /> i. RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE: The recreation and open space portion of <br /> the mobile home park shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) The mobile home park shall provide seventy-five hundred (7,500) sq. ft. of <br /> recreation and open space area. (Required recreation and open space areas <br /> shall pro'✓ide a minimum of five thousand (5,000) sq. ft. and an additional one <br /> hundred (100) ft. shall be provided for every mobile home unit over fifty (50)). <br />
