The Pleistocene Alluvium consists of predominantly of unweathered gravel, <br /> sand, and silt. The Holocene Alluvium consists of undivided floodplain deposits. <br /> 3.3 Current Use of Property/Description of Site Improvements <br /> The Property is currently contains one house, one barn, one shop, one well house, one boat house, <br /> one horse coral, and three small out buildings. These buildings lie within an approximately 10-acre <br /> portion of the Property. Approximately 70 acres of the Property are currently under alfalfa <br /> production. The remaining 20 acres of the Property are being used as pasture land. <br /> 3.4 Current Uses of Adjoining Properties <br /> The properties adjoining the Property to the west are limited to the San Joaquin River, rural <br /> residential properties, and agriculture production land The properties adjoining the Property to <br /> the east are limited to agriculture production land, rural residential properties a frontage road, <br /> and Interstate 5. The properties adjoining the Property to the south are limited to West Matlock <br /> Road, agriculture production land, and rural residential properties.
