EMGEO <br /> INCORPORATED <br /> 1937: Ground markings within the Property are indicative of recently harvested crops such as <br /> oats, wheat, or hay. There is one building located within the Property near the northwest corner. <br /> The San Joaquin River is in place running generally north to south along the western boundary of <br /> the Property. West Manila Road is in place running east to west along the southern boundary of <br /> the Property. <br /> 1952: Ground markings within the Property are indicative of alfalfa production. There are an <br /> additional two buildings located within the Property and near the northwest corner. <br /> 1963: With the exception of the ground markings within the Property being indicative of <br /> cucumber production, conditions within the Property are similar to those depicted in the 1952 <br /> photograph. <br /> 1975: Ground markings within the Property are indicative alfalfa production. One additional <br /> building is in place within the Property near the northwest comer. <br /> 1983: Conditions within the Property are similar to those depicted on the 1975 photograph. <br /> 2002: The four small buildings last observed within the Property in 1983 are no longer in place. <br /> There are now three buildings located in the western portion of the Property. The balance of the <br /> Property appears to be fallow. <br /> 4.1.5 Other Local Agency Records <br /> We contacted the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners Office regarding past <br /> development and/or activities conducted at the Property.
