(EDR) performed a search of local, state and federal agency <br /> databases regarding the subject parcel and known contaminated sites in the immediate vicinity. The <br /> databases searched are presented and described below. <br /> Appendix A provides the EDR report. EDR did not list any of the parcels comprising the property <br /> in any of the databases they searched. We briefly summarize the EDR provided data according to <br /> the Matlock Property designations. <br /> ' ee R report mapped zero locations within 1-mile of the Property where hazardous <br /> materiaWwaste is generated, stored, or have been released from underground storage tanks. <br /> 4.2.1 Federal Record Sources t <br /> The following is a summary of federal databases reviewed by EDR: <br /> • NPL—National Priority List—The National Priority List (Superfund) identifies over 1,200 sites <br /> for priority cleanup under the Superfund program. <br /> • Proposed NPL Sites — Provides a list of sites that are under consideration for inclusion on the <br /> NPL. <br /> • CERCLIS — Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability <br /> Information System — CERCLIS contains data on potentially hazardous waste sites that have <br /> been reported to the USEPA by states, municipalities, private companies, and private persons, <br /> pursuant to Section 103 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and <br /> Liability Act (CERCLA). CERCLIS contains sites which are either proposed to or on the <br /> National Priority List (NPL) and sites which are in the screening and assessment phase for <br /> possible inclusion on the NPL. <br /> 5943.5.001.01 Page 9 <br /> June 25, 2003 <br />
