We observed that the
approximate 70-acre portion of the Property that is occupied by alfalfa had recently been
harvested and baled.
Along the southern boundary of the Property, we observed West Manila Road ruining east to west.
West Manila Road along the southern boundary of the Property is a private gravel road. This road
is also used a private airstrip by the Matlock family.
We observed a small dirt road ruining north to south through the central area of the Property. This
dirt road connects West Manila Road with the northern boundary of the Property. Along the
northern boundary of the Property, we observed an east to west running below grade irrigation
ditch.
Moving west, we observed a small metal airplane hanger containing one single engine, fixed
wing Beechcraft airplane. Within this hanger; we also observed a variety of tools, solvents,
grease, and oils. All of these items were stored on shelves and or on the concrete floor in closed
containers that appeared not to be leaking. Approximately 40 feet west of the hanger, we
observed two aboveground fuel storage tanks each with an approximate capacity of 500 gallons.
We observed that one of the tanks was labeled diesel and the other was labeled AVGAS. The
tanks stands holding the tanks were placed on bare soil. We observed no stained soil or
distressed vegetation under these tanks.
5943.5.001.01 Page 15
June 25, 2003
