The domestic water well is located outside the pump house and
along the western wall.
Along the western boundary of the Property, we observed the river levee separating the San
Joaquin River from the Property. At the approximate mid-point of the western boundary of the
Property, we observed an agriculture river pump supplying the Property with irrigation water.
Approximately 50 feet south of the pump and within the Property, we observed a small amount
of piled yard waste.
We observed pole mounted power lines running north to south through the western area of the
Property. These power lines appear to supply the Property with power. We observed five pole
mounted transformers along these lines within the Property.
In the northwest area of the Property, we observed a horse exercise pen, a boarding barn, a
mobile home, and horse pasture.
