u ftw
EMGEO
INCORPORATED
7.0 FINDINGS
Based on the data obtained and reviewed in preparation of this Phase One Environmental Site
Assessment, we have identified no Recognized Environmental Conditions (REC) within the
Property.
8.0 CONCLUSIONS
We observed a small quantity of yard waste piled within the Property at a location near the mid-
point of the western Property boundary. We recommend that these piles be collected for
appropriate disposal.
There are two septic systems located within the Property. If these structures within the Property
are to be demolished, we recommend that these tanks be removed under permit from the San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.
We observed one domestic water wells within the Property. We recommend that these wells be
upgr ed for future use or nronerly abandoned under permit from the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department.
We observed two 500-gallon above ground fuel storage tanks within the Property. We did not
observe any stained soil or disturbed vegetation under these tanks, however; once these tanks are
no longer in use, we recommend that the be collected for appropriate disposal. We recommend
that a visual review for stained soil be conducted after the above ground tanks are removed. If
any observation indicates a potential for diesel or gasoline to have been leaked into soil, we
recommend that samples be collected for laboratory analysis to evaluate the impacts to soil.
5943.5.001.01 Page 18
June 25, 2003
