There are no other structural developments to the property and no surficial indications of development in the past. • The subject site is border by private residences and grazing land to the south. Private residences and farmland border the property to the north. Farmland borders the property to the east. A mobile home park borders the site to west along the eastern bank of the San Joaquin River. • No visual evidence for the use, storage, and/or disposal of hazardous materials, substances or wastes was seen on the subject property. In addition, groundwater monitoring or municipal wells were not observed, and no evidence for underground storage tanks (USTs) was observed at the site. 3. SITE HISTORY REVIEW The history of the site was deduced from examination of historical aerial photographs, and historical topographic maps. A Sanborn Map search was also conducted for the subject site; however, no Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps were available for the area or its surroundings. TERRASEARCH, inc. has examined four (4) aerial photographs and five (5) historical topographic maps of the subject site and vicinity, that were provided by Pacific Aerial Surveys _ and VISTA Information Services, Inc.
