The proposed development shall follow the practices of the County'Small Site Storm Water <br /> Management Plan"for each construction phase of the project. <br /> NOTE: This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector <br /> Control District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. Best Management Practices (BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23)that are in force at the <br /> time of permit issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish floor <br /> elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Ted Tasiopoulos, 209-953-7698) <br /> a. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number <br /> of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> b. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). Estate type zoning (R-R1) shall require a <br /> double- leach-field-system with an alternating distribution box to be installed at time of <br /> construction. <br />
