Analysis <br /> Background <br /> On January 5, 1988,the Board of Supervisors approved Use Permit application No. <br /> UP-88-0004 for a 4,000 square foot religious facility with a maximum attendance of 200 people.The <br /> project included utilizing an existing 564 square foot residence as a parsonage. (Use Type: Religious <br /> Assembly-Neighborhood) Services are held three days a week, Sundays from 10:00 a.m.to 2:00 p.m. and <br /> Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br /> Storage Buildina <br /> The proposed storage building is for private storage for the religious facility and will not increase the <br /> number of attendees to the religious facility. Ordinarily, pursuant to Development Title Section 9-821.5, <br /> the Director of Community Development may approve plans for the expansion of the existing use if no <br /> building expansion involves more than a twenty-five (25) percent increase in floor area covered by <br /> existing structures associated with the use.
