i. Excavations shall not cause hearth or sanitary hazards and shall not create conditions <br /> which will cause the breeding or increase of mosquitos, rodents, or other pests. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1410.3[i]) <br /> j. A written notification of work schedules and an Improvement Plan shall be provided to the <br /> County by the applicant prior to any grading or excavation. The Improvement Plan shall <br /> reflect all of the adopted Conditions of Approval. One copy of the Improvement Plan shall <br /> be submitted to the Development Services Division for distribution to the involved County <br /> departments. A plan check fee will be required. (Development Title Section 9-1410.30]) <br /> k. The Improvement Plan shall include the following: the proposed pipeline (including <br /> elevations and cross section) on the south side of the property, the existing drainage <br /> canal on the west side of the property, and all existing structures (with surrounding slopes <br /> and setbacks). <br /> I. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall have a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed land surveyor compare the excavation's final elevations with the approved permit. <br /> The engineer or surveyor shall submit a certified, written finding to the Development <br /> Services Division which states and documents the compliance or non-compliance of the <br /> excavation with all of the conditions of the approved permit. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1410.3[k]) <br /> m. Excavated material shall be stockpiled on the site and may not be removed from the site <br /> until acceptance of the Certification of Compliance by the Director. Excavated material <br /> shall be stockpiled and set back at least 25 feet from any property line or road right-of- <br /> way. (Development Title Sections 9-1410.3[g] and [m][1]) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the right-of-way line of <br /> Manteca Road and Trahern Road. (Development Title Section 9-1410.3(m)) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> (See the attached letter from Public Health dated August 31, 1994.) <br /> Y Y 4 <br /> NOTE: On September 21, 1994,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> GX-94-3 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - GX-94-3 <br />
