Manthey Road, Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water <br /> Code, Article 4, Section 13260). <br /> B. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$575 must <br /> be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $115 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The EHD received a soil suitability/nitrate loading study addendum dated June 25, <br /> 2008 and has been approved. <br /> C. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant (for the entire development) to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for approval. A Registered Engineer must design <br /> and sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> D. Construction of sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> MR u { <br />
