E. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability <br /> to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and <br /> C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> F. RE: The existing Single Family Residence open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, <br /> seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department as required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.5(e)). <br /> G. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department <br /> for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and <br /> Safety Code, Section 113915). <br /> H. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning <br /> 9 <br /> construction. <br /> I. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> J. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> j Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected <br /> in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents <br /> prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A $230.00 plan check fee is required at the time <br /> of submittal. <br /> K. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> L. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> I <br />
