Destroy any abandoned wells under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health as required (Development Title Section 9-1115.5[e]). <br /> g. Submit thre&Sets of food facility plans to Environmental Health for review and approval prior to the <br /> issuance of bpildmg permits. (California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915), <br /> h" Submit four sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to Environmental Health for review and <br /> approval pricirto the beginning of construction. <br /> i. Submit an application for a hazardous waste permit to Environmental Health. <br /> j. If floor drains�are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an <br /> above ground.system approved by Environmental Health. A registered engineer must design this <br /> system. Th6rnaterial collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from Environmental <br /> Health. A$230.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> k. If hazardous�j' aterial is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> I.
