INFORMATIONAL NOTES: <br /> (1) No Cour4 public utility services(sewer,water, and storm drainage)are available at this time for <br /> this development. <br /> (2) This property is subject to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector <br /> Control District(209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. Best Management Practices guidelines for storm water devices, ponds, and <br /> E wetlandsare available.' <br /> (3) All future..building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br />� <br /> Chapter;9-1605)and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23)that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance. As an.example, these requirements may include raising the finish <br /> floor election one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Ted Tasiopoulos, 953-7698) <br /> a. An applications for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board prior to development.(California Water Code,Article 4, Section 13260). <br /> b. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff customer use shall be submitted to <br /> �. <br /> Environmental Health indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must <br /> be approvedby Environmental Health prior to the issuance of building permits(Development Title <br /> Section 9-11'E&5.2[d]). A review fee of$575.00 must be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health. <br /> The sewage'disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approyal. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water treatment and disposal systems is required for each <br /> parcel, A pe 6it fee of$115.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: Environmental Health received a soil suitability/nitrate loading study addendum dated July <br /> 25, 2008, and:,it has been approved. <br /> c. Submit plans,for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to Environmental Health for <br /> approval. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1105.2) <br /> d. Construction:.of a sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by Environmental Health is <br /> required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings. <br /> (Developmen#Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Construct a Water well under permit and inspection by Environmental Health prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number <br /> of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required <br /> by Environmental Health.
