Manthe <br /> 11293 S y Road Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires an addendum to the Soil Suitability <br /> Study/Nitrate Loading Study that was submitted for the previous General Plan Map <br /> Amendment Application (PA-0600037) and Rezone Application (PA-0600552). The <br /> addendum shall address the specific project proposed for the Use Permit <br /> Application. A review fee of$196.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 <br /> per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant (for the entire development) to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for approval. A Registered Engineer must design <br /> and sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> D. Construction of sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability /Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> MH:tl <br />
