PARKING, Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: . <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas for trucks or automobiles shall be <br /> surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete,,Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards <br /> shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Se+�ion 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> (2) A minimum of 241 automobile parking spaces shall be provided, including 7 accessible spaces. <br /> E Parking,rraay-be phased. One accessible space per building shall be van accessible. Accessible <br /> spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrances (C.C.R., Title 24). (1.0 <br /> space is.,�.equired for each hotel room; 0.67 space is required per employee; Truck Stops and <br /> Gasoline;Sales-combination require 4 spaces per 1000 square feet of building area; Restaurant- <br /> full service requires 10 spaces per 1000 square feet of building) (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.3}. <br /> f.
