Prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, the frontage improvements for Manthey Road shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with the standards for a 60-foot-wide right-of-way Local Commercial <br /> Street. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall pay a fee of$320.00 to process a <br /> request to thin Board of Supervisors to establish a"No Parking"zone along the westerly extension of <br /> Roth Road. to the event that the"No Parking"zone is approved by the Board of Supervisors, the <br /> applicant shall pay a fee of$875.00 to furnish and install the"No Parking"zone signs/striping. <br /> g.
