Ms. MnCller stated that the loss of Agriculture Land is something that will need to be mitigated at the tine the property is developed. The County is requiring that a mitigation fee to be paid the American Farmland Trust. She stated the mitigation fee has not been dctunmincd at this time. NIS- Magdich questioned lie\\ nmtch the mitigation fee is. and how will it be determined. Mr. Martin informed Ms. Magdich that the American Familand Trust determines the fec. Mr. Martin also stated that the Conmmunitx Development Department has onlc used the American Farmland Trust for mitigation once. Mr. Martin indicated that this is a proposal for mitigation and that the proposal is still waiting approval. Ms. Magdich stated that she could not find in\thing regarding American Farmland Trust in her research to help her determine infrastructure for mitigation.
