Ms. Mueller informed Nis. Magdich that she had just received a letter from the Department of <br /> Fish &Game and theN stated in the letter that they will mitigate the effects through the <br /> SJMSHCP (San Joaquin Count Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan)at the time of <br /> development. Nis. Magdich asked if the plan is being circulated at this time. Mr. Martin <br /> indicated that the plan has been approved b\ all the agencies. Mr. Martin added that the <br /> implication of the plan is still being ironed out. Mr. Martin suggest that Ms. Magdich contact <br /> Mr. Jerre Parks with COG (Council of Governments) for more information. <br /> Mr. Borges revienved the Environmental Health Division's requirements. <br /> Mr. Karam informed Ms. Magdich that the application cannot proceed to the Planning <br /> Commission until the existing water usage and the proposed water usage is determined.
