The impact to first ground water aquifer is yet to
be determined. Providing a public water system under permit and meeting state drinking
water regulations prior to issuance of any building permits is of concern for the
Environmental Health Division.
I refer you San Joaquin County Development Title, Chapter 9-1105.2(d) 1-5, (enclosed).
I believe this ordinance allows Environmental Health Division to request the studies in
regards to sewage disposal and drinking water regulations.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call me at(209) 468-3437.
Sincerely,
4W7 009
Mike Huggins, Supervising R.E.H.S.,R.D.I.
Environmental Health Division
MH: cf
cc: Jennifer Jolley, San Joaquin County Community Development Department
Donna Heran,Director of Environmental Health Division
A Division of San Joaquin Couniv Health Care Services
