Conditions of Approval for Deviation No. DV-97-1 <br /> Deviation Application No. DV-97-1 was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> on _. The effective date of approval is _. APPROVED USE: The approved Deviation shall permit a reduction in the required 30- <br /> foot front and rear yard setback to 23 feet to permit a wireless services tower and <br /> equipment cabinet, as shown on the Site Plan submitted February 21, 1997. <br /> b. SETBACKS: The wireless services tower shall respect a minimum 23-foot setback from <br /> the front (west) and rear (east) property lines. <br /> Conditions of Approval for Site Approval No. SA-97-11 <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-97-11 was approved by the Planning Commission on _. The <br /> effective date of approval is_. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details <br /> (including gates), on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading (refer to the'SITE PLAN CHECK LIST'for details). A fee is required <br /> for the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b.
