He indicated that the area of the General Hospital is served via a South County Water <br /> Agreement. It was stated that the City did not have to provide a letter for the Cottages as well as the <br /> two newer buildings adjacent to the 1-5 corridor. I would assume that to be the VA Clinic and Health <br /> Plan of San Joaquin.
