According to our records, the project site is served by the City of Stockton for water services. Chip, as the applicant, can you please contact the City of Stockton to obtain a "will-serve" letter verifying that water services can/will be provided for the project? This would be a helpful document to have for the file. Storm water and sewer services have already been verified by the County. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you! We're on track to have the Option before the Board on March 12th and this is an essential piece of the puzzle. With the other funds the County will be contributing to this project we have every reason to believe it will be successfully funded.
