The final cost of this cash con- <br /> 6 tribution shall be calculated from the actual costs incurred by <br /> 7 City- <br /> 8 Computing for actual cash contribution by County shall <br /> 9 follow the procedures of the "Capital Cost Sharing Assessment <br /> 10 to County Hospital for Stockton Sewerage System Use" prepared <br /> 11 by Brown and Caldwell, Consulting Engineers. <br /> 12 B. Connection Fees <br /> 13 1. Connection fees for new users shall be the same in <br /> 14 the County as in the City, and according to the schedule pre- <br /> 15 vailing at the time of application. <br /> 16 2. Connection fees are related to the costs of future <br /> 17 capacity and are subject to review and change annually . (See <br /> 18 Section 13A. 4. , preceding. ) <br /> 19 3. County shall, after the effective date of beginning <br /> 20 of operations pursuant to this Agreement, make application to <br /> 21 City for a permit for such connection to the Regional System. <br /> 22 Payment of a connection fee to, and receipt of a permit from, <br /> 23 City shall precede any work undertaken to physically connect to <br /> 24 any part of any sub-system which is connected to the Regional <br /> 25 System. <br /> 26 C.
