HURD ROAD (APN 193-170-29 & 193-170-28) (GP-01-4 & ZR-01-2) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1 . Prior to consideration for City services, a General Plan Amendment and Rezoning will <br /> be required. Should a General Plan Amendment be approved and consistent with the <br /> City's General Plan, and should the San Joaquin County require this development be <br /> served by City of Stockton Sewer and Water, the property owner will be required to <br /> apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer and Water Service Application and pay the <br /> applicable fees. Further, the owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved <br /> in the extension of the sewer and water mains to serve this parcel, as required, to meet <br /> City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer and water mains across <br /> the entire frontage of the property. <br /> 2. The proposed development lies within the boundary of the South of Weston Ranch i <br /> Sanitary Sewer Area of Benefit. Prior to issuance of a building permit or recordation of t <br /> a parcel or final map, connection to the sanitary sewer system, storm sewer, or 1 <br /> subdivision, the owner/developer shall pay the subject AOB fee at the rate of$2,293.02 <br /> per acre (based upon the legal map/parcel size), and adjusted by the monthly <br /> construction index. <br /> www.stocktongov.com <br /> "STOCKTON...CALIFORNIA'S SUNRISE SEAPORT" <br />
